Office Staff

  • Ashley Plumacher
    Manalapan Office

    Ashley Plumacher joined Colts Neck Equine in 2006. She is the hospital manager and IT specialist for the practice. She grew up in the Standardbred racing industry. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughters Sadie and Hailey, going for walks with her dog Ridley.

  • Kim Califano
    Manalapan Office

    Kim Califano joined Colts Neck Equine in 2004. She is the chief customer service representative. She is in charge of most of the scheduling for the practice. Kimi grew up in Brielle, NJ and has 5 brothers and sisters. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, ride her horse, practice golfing and play with her dog Margie.

  • Daria "Duke" Campbell
    Manalapan Office

    Daria 'Duke' Campbell grew up in Jackson. Her family was in the standardbred business. Duke always had a love for horses and worked for Colts Neck Equine from 1989-1999. After raising her family Duke returned to Colts Neck Equine in 2022. In her spare time she loves working out and spending time with her family.

  • Harley Zeleznik
    Manalapan Office

    Harley joined Colts Neck Equine in October 2022. Harley grew up in Marlboro NJ around horses my whole life. She got her first pony at 2 years old and has loved them ever since. She now has her own farm with her horse Smokey who I have had for 11 years now and two miniatures Sam and Kate. She also recently got two Bengal cats, Zora and Tito. Outside of work Harley enjoy riding horses, kayaking, and working on cars with my dad.  

  • Ellen Sullivan Phillips
    Tabernacle Office

    Ellen Sullivan Phillips transitioned to Colts Neck Equine in 2022 from Bende Equine & Associates where she worked for 12 years. She lives in Medford Lakes, NJ with her husband, Christopher, and has three daughters.  She currently has three horses and is a USDF 'L' Dressage judge. In her spare time Ellen enjoys riding with her daughter, being around the barn, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Dorothy (Lynn) Somers
    Tabernacle Office

    Lynn joined Bende Equine and Associates in 2009 as an office assistant. In 2022 Bende Equine became part of the Colts Neck Equine team. She has lived in South Jersey all of her life and currently resides in Marlton. Lynn has always loved horses and dogs. Free time is spent with her family and friends and her dog Abby and cat Muffin, gardening, and going to the beach.

  • Maryann Bate
    Tabernacle Office

    Maryann has worked as an office assistant for Dr. Bende for 5 years and transitioned to Colts Neck Equine with the office. She lives in Medford Lakes with her 2 beagles Milo and Ian and owns a dressage horse Dezi with her daughter Kirby. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym and sewing.

Technicians

  • Linda DePinto

    Linda joined Colts Neck Equine in August of 2022. She grew up in Cream Ridge NJ. Her family use to own a standardbred breeding farm, and now train standardbreds.  She's 3rd generation, in the business. Linda was young when she got her first standardbred, he was a 2 year old with a training injury. She then learned how to rehab, and retrain him for pleasure riding. They learned with each other and became an amazing duo competing through the standardbred pleasure horse organization. Linda loves working with all breeds of horses. She have a passion for rehabbing standardbreds and thoroughbreds for racing and riding. She enjoys spending time with her daughter on there farm, teaching her what she learned growing up. She recently just rescued her heart horse, who she groomed during his stake career at 2 and 3. He was found in the kill pen, he is now 14. She has a strong love for the sport!

  • Brittni Stamper

    Brittni Stamper joined Colts Neck Equine in December of 2022. Born and raised in West Virginia she graduated with a degree in exercise philology from West Virginia. Her passion for horses came from the therapeutic riding her daughter received. She likes spending time outdoors, crafting and with her daughters. She has a love for all animals, she owns one horse, three dogs, three cats and two bunnies.

  • Caitlynn Tobin

    Caitlynn joined Colts Neck Equine in March 2023. A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Caitlynn grew up with a passion for horses. Riding, training and competing lead to the purchase of her own horse at age 16, something she worked very hard to accomplish. Caitlynn gave lessons, trained horses and managed several barns in the Colts Neck area. Other achievements include earning a Bachelor's degree from Monmouth University and establishing her own business, a riding program, in 2015. A recent puppy adoption and working with her own horses keeps her busy.  Caitlynn is excited be a part of the Colts Neck Equine team and looks forward to continuing to pursue her passion for caring for horses.
